Tokyo Lofi Beats Uploader is a personal command-line tool developed and used by a single individual developer in Japan. It uploads original videos created by the developer to the developer's own YouTube channels, and sets the title, description, tags, thumbnail, and scheduled publish time of those videos.
The tool is not distributed to the public, is not a commercial product or service, and has no users other than the developer.
This tool does not collect, store, or share any data from viewers or any third parties. It does not access or store YouTube Analytics data, and it does not sell advertising.
The only data stored by the tool is the developer's own OAuth 2.0 token, which is saved in a local file (.env) on the developer's personal computer. This token is used solely to authenticate the developer's own Google account and to upload videos to the developer's own channels.
No data is provided, sold, or shared with any third party. The OAuth token never leaves the developer's local computer, except when it is sent directly to Google's servers as part of the standard API authentication process.
This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using this tool, the developer agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Access granted to this tool can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local .env file also removes the stored token.

Tokyo Lofi Beats Uploader は、日本在住の個人開発者が自分自身のために開発・使用しているコマンドラインツールです。 開発者本人が制作したオリジナル動画を、開発者本人が所有するYouTubeチャンネルへアップロードし、タイトル・説明・タグ・サムネイル・公開予約時刻を設定します。
本ツールは一般に配布しておらず、商用サービスでもなく、開発者以外の利用者はいません。
本ツールは、視聴者や第三者のデータを一切収集・保存・共有しません。 YouTubeアナリティクスのデータ取得も行わず、広告の販売もありません。
本ツールが保存するのは、開発者自身のOAuth 2.0トークンのみで、開発者のPC内のローカルファイル（.env）に保存されます。 このトークンは、開発者自身のGoogleアカウントの認証と、自身のチャンネルへの動画アップロードにのみ使用されます。
いかなる第三者にもデータを提供・販売・共有しません。 OAuthトークンは、Googleの標準的なAPI認証の過程でGoogleのサーバーへ直接送信される場合を除き、開発者のPCの外に出ることはありません。
本ツールは YouTube API サービスを利用しています。本ツールの利用にあたっては YouTube 利用規約に従います。
